CoR Testimonial Form

Thank you so much for volunteering to provide a written testimonial for The Culture of Respect. Our mission is to bring this life-changing course to the widest possible audience. Your testimonial will be used primarily in our marketing efforts.

Sometimes a potential partner wants to hear the value of our course and our work from the perspective of someone that they or their team may more directly relate to—tech companies want to hear from tech folks, etc.—so we are hoping to create a collection that shows the diversity of our participants and allows us to highlight the experience of specific segments, as needed.

  • This form collects demographic data that will be used internally. The information that will be shared along with your testimonial is first name with last initial, and job title.

  • None of the questions are presented in multiple choice format. It is important to us that you identify however you feel most comfortable and with the terms and descriptions that resonate the most with you.

  • If you don’t mind, we’d love if you would include a photo of your face that we could include as a small thumbnail with your testimonial. There are a couple of alternatives included with the form if you are not comfortable sharing a photograph.

  • Please, set aside ample time to write a thoughtful and thorough review of your experience. Keep in mind our working agreement to “use ‘I’ statements” and speak directly from your own experience. There will be a few questions that ask for different length responses.

  • When you fill out a Google Form in your Google account, your progress is automatically saved as a draft for 30 days. This means if you can't complete a form or need to switch devices, you don't have to start over the next time you open the form. If you are not logged into a Google account, you will need to complete the form in one sitting.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience with us and with our potential partners. Your response will play an integral role in building The Culture of Respect into a thought leader on “belonging work” for organizations across the country, or as Phil likes to put it “Teaching people why we should value each other’z livez.”
