LEVEL 3

CULTURE OF RESPECT

Make your conversations
the counter-movement

Level 3 is a 10-week, 25-hour journey into how systems of oppression shape our lives, our relationships, and the way we talk to one another. It’s an immersive, co-created space where participants explore seven key systems — classism, ableism, sexism, heterosexism, religious oppression, racism, and ageism — through activities, discussion, and Speak Outs, where people share how these systems have shown up in their own stories.

This isn’t a lecture.

It’s a structured experience that puts lived experience at the center and helps people understand the world, and each other, with more depth, empathy, and clarity.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

Connect systems to lived experience

Participants explore how large-scale systems show up in everyday life, shaping opportunity, perception, and impact.

Listen to the truth of someone’s lived story

Speak Outs create a powerful space to hear directly from people whose experiences differ from your own — not as “examples,” but as human beings.

Build stronger skills for allyship & real-world communication

Through weekly reflections and guided discussions, participants learn how to engage across differences with more courage, empathy, and responsibility.

WHY IT MATTERS

Most people know “oppression exists,” but not how it actually lands in someone’s day-to-day life. Level 3 closes that gap. It gives participants a deeper understanding of themselves, the systems they move through, and the people they share the world with.

This depth of learning changes how people talk, how they listen, and how they choose to show up in the moments that matter most — in families, communities, classrooms, and workplaces.
