LEVEL 1
FOUNDATION OF RESPECT
LEVEL 1
FOUNDATION
OF RESPECT
BEGIN THE CONVERSATIONS
YOU'VE BEEN AVOIDING
Level 1 is a 2.5-hour introduction to talking honestly across differences — for individuals, students, community groups, and teams alike. It’s a guided space to share real stories, listen with more intention, and understand how identity shapes how we move through the world.

No lecturing, no shaming — just a structured, human way to begin the conversations most people avoid.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
Understand identity in a practical, human way
Participants explore the identities they carry, how those identities intersect, & how they shape everyday interactions.
Build skills for listening and being listened to
This session teaches people how to hear someone fully without jumping in, shutting down, or taking over.
See difference as a strength, not a fracture
Through guided activities, groups begin to understand how lived experience adds value to the group — not tension.

WHY IT MATTERS
Level 1 gives people the confidence to enter tough conversations instead of avoiding them.
It sets a shared foundation of language, empathy, and respect so deeper work — in a home, classroom, community, or workplace — has something solid to stand on.
