LEVEL 2

STRUCTURE OF RESPECT

LEVEL 2

STRUCTURE
OF RESPECT

Learn the language that keeps the conversation going.

Level 2 is a 2.5-hour session that helps people understand the dynamics that quietly shape our interactions — bias, assumptions, power, culture, and the stories we project onto one another. It’s for individuals, communities, classrooms, and teams ready to move past “awareness” and build a shared language for talking about what we all feel but rarely name.

This is where conversations get clearer, braver, and more grounded in reality.

WHY IT MATTERS

Most conflict doesn’t come from bad intentions — it comes from unspoken expectations, misread cues, and power dynamics no one knows how to talk about.

Level 2 helps people name what they’re experiencing, understand how others may see the same moment differently, and stay in the conversation long enough to move forward.
It builds the skills needed for honest, productive dialogue in homes, communities, classrooms, and workplaces.
